Pakistan Perspectives is a refereed biannual research journal of the Pakistan Study Centre, University of Karachi. The multitude of problems and challenges faced by contemporary Pakistan require that issues should not only be seen in their broader perspective but that they should also be studied in a multidisciplinary manner. Pakistan Perspectives attempts to promote such an approach. It provides a forum for debate and discussion on all subjects which come within the domain of Humanities and Social Sciences and concern Pakistan in its internal, regional and global setting.
Research papers sent for publication should be original, written in a readable style on topics, preferably, of current relevance. For other details the contributors should follow the criteria set forth in the 'Notes For Contributors' .
Considered opinion of renowned scholars on any pressing problem of Pakistan is published under the section entitled Comments. Short articles on origional themes can be sent for the section Notes. Readers can contribute review articles and reviews of latest books on Pakistan. The editorial board, however, reserves the right to reject any material sent for publication.
We feel pleasure to introduce ourselves as Printers , Publishers, Distributors and Exporters of the Holy Arabic text, commentary and translation in English and of publications of Islam and Islamic studies in order to propagate Teachings of Islam.
